I need an advice from you.
I am now a regular employee of an IT Company(Noida) on which I was a contractor (on 3rd Party Payroll in GGN) till March 2016. My Full and Final is pending from my 3rd Party Company which is in Gurgaon since last 5 months and they are now not responding to me on when I'll get my FnF or will not get it.
I have my relieving letter and previous salary slips for confirmation on 3rd party payroll. I ahve raised this to my current employer but nothing is happening.
Please advice me what can be done.
