even i do agree with u. i had not the same kind of situation but i observed a person in my dept. facing this kind of situation. so the morale is to hv patience and handle any situation or individual softly and to win the heart of people and to become a an administartor.

Hi sandhya
Diverse personalities are an asset to the work environment. We have to be clear of few basics, iirespective of thier "mentalities" ( as you term them).
1. Ethics in our practice
2. Respect for each other
3. Language manners.
Formulate a code of ethics for your 60 member team . Discuss together and develop it. Just 4 guidelines , not another book for them to read.
Finally dont expect them to be like you. For you donot know what you are like
best wishes

Dear Sandya,
Greetings !
Experience will be a teacher for you.
Don’t argue or be aggressive with troublesome people. It will only make matters worse for you.Don’t try to change such people because they never like to change. In the process, you will only tire yourself. If you can, try to ignore them instead. It is one of the best ways of dealing with them.
If things worsen, approach your boss and let him/her know the problem you are facing. However, keep this option as the last resort.
thanks & regards,
