A suggestion: You could have used bullets which mite be a good way of presentation.

But arent few rules very severe?
A handbook for a new employee should welcome him/her into the systems of the organization . Rules like unnaturally coloured hair,tatoos,no multiple ear jewellery, work place monitoring or uniforms are something most organizations are doing away with,as retention strategies.
Research has proved that people work best when they dont have restrictions and unflexible rules.
