There are lots of reason for not hiring freshers......
1) Organisations want a lean manpower and have already thrown out the excess flab in their system.
2) When even experienced people dont want to change their current jobs and are willing to work under pressure there is obviously no need to hire fresher train him/her and then take him/her up the curve as this is quite time consuming and incurs costs.
My suggesstion to freshers would be to join some unique training programs which has some practicalities being taught.
Also the resume should be developed properly.

it feels great to have so much suppport from u all. gowtamt Guest i really thank u for sharing such a valuable information about the types of consultancies which i would otherwise not have known or given due importance to. As far as my location is considered i belong to Kanpur,Uttar Pradesh where there are not so good onsultancies but i welcome ur suggestions regarding some good consultancies in any other location.
