Hi Rekha, How are you?
Look dear, Narendra is right and I would also suggest you to concentrat on your studies first. Later you can start with MBA Finance, HRM or so.. You are working presently and getting 8000 which is nice but its something strange that you are working in a sales deptt..not bad but you must go to accounting/finance direction....

Hi,Rekha
I am professor in Engineering college and I appreciate you for having taken up the job along with your studies with an objective of gaining experinece. But as a student you need to extract maximum from your study centre. Since it is O.U you can prepare your own study material in all the subjects referring to the books available in various other libraries/internet. Because in today's competitve environment it is your strong basics which can take you to higher levels life.
All the best

Dear Rekha,
If you are Delhiate pl. call me I will suggest you what to do.
But I suggest you to first complete your B.Com, if you are think then do ERP, i.e. SAP-SD (Sales and Distribution) since you are working in a Sales Department or SAP-FICO (Finance and Costing) Since you are learning Commerce. It's all up to do which way you want to take a step.
Here in Vertion IT we take SAP/ERP Classes of almost all the Modules.

Hi Rekha,

Its good that you have started working early. You will no longer be a fresher by the time you become a graduate. But do you want to make your career in sales and marketing? Because you said that you are working in Sales Department. If so, then it is the right decision to take. But please don't hamper your studies thinking that you already have a job and is no longer a fresher. You should achieve good marks in graduation because there are many big organizations who give equal stress to academics % besides experience. And also there is another factor why you have to score really good marks is that - you are doing graduation from Distance Learning... but mostly recruiters prefer people who have done graduation under full time regular course.

Anyways, please plan your goal ahead and also the road map to reach it and execute accordingly. Gain more and more professional knowledge, keep yourself updated. If you are skillful and knowledgeable and passionate then nothing can stop you.

Wish you all the best.

Hi Rekha!
You remember one thing that never do any job which is not your field, as you are doing marketing job and doing bcom, as bcom is related to accounts so you should search the job in accounts department, this will build your career, because when your experiance is in the field in which you have got education then you must be valuable otherwise rare chances.
I hope you understand what I am saying.
