I worked in a recruitment firm 10 years old with 38 employees. I resigned from there on 21st september'2012. My salary there was rs.17000/- in hand per month. Am i eligible for the Diwali bonus from this previous company of mine?
Please advice whether i should go to the boss and ask for it or not??

What is meant by Allocatable surplus in Payable of Bonus Act-1965? R. Mondal HR Personnel CIAL, Durgapur, WB

Dear Sir,
I heard that there is a latest notification (during 2011-2013) pertaing to the Bonus Act 1965 which stated that even if a company suffer loss in each of the first five year from the date of inception, the company is bound to pay the minimum bonus @ 8.33% every year.
Is is right? if so kindly forward the copy the said notification.

Dear All, If a Bonus is included as an employee’s CTC is it necessary for the company to pay out the bonus within five years of its establishment

Yes sir if you have show bonus in CTC then you must to pay bonus of every employees. Anyone will know me about exgretia.

I have Joined a new company but it is extention unit of our company. So, the bonus will applicable for this unit or not? If no, when it will be applicable. Sir please guide me
