FYI - please search citehr. Someone had already posted some notes from symbiosis.

By the way Ma'am - dont expect to be spoon fed, please do some reserach on your own. All it takes is sometime to "type" some keywords and search citehr and also GOOGLE.

The PGDHRM course is something that you are paying for, because you want to improve. What improvement will you have if you just cut/copy/paste the work of someone else? What knowledge will you gain?
How will you represent someone elses' work?

Do a good search on these topics. Case studies - you can simple search citehr under each forum and see the "real-life" case studies and what approaches the people have taken. Link that to your study material and see whethe theoretical world and practical world are in the same line.

Its a beautiful opportunity to learn...don't waste it.

I never had the chance & opportunity like you to use the net while I was studying. All I could make use of was the little spare tiem in college to browse through material. No net connection at home. You know what we used to do - we used to go to companies (not one or 2 - we used to visit over 7 - 8 companies to give us assignments and we will do projetcs for free: Such was the search for case study)

I dont regret as I got to use my Head in those assignments. Today you have this good resource "citehr". Search first - then ask for help.

Dear Vandita

Plz read Ash's post.

I agree with her, whole-heartedly; please do not demand to be spoon-fed.

Study of Management is basically "experiential learning". A graduate from 'any' stream is admitted for an MBA. Why? Because, the background, i.e. Arts, Science or Comnmerce does not count. It is expected that a student drom any stream can 'learn' management. How ? By doing/performing the assigned tasks (which are formulated after much thought and research).

By "short-circuiting" this process, you are harming yourself and the cause of management studies.

Please do your own research. The process itself has a lot of learning involved.

As Ash has rightly pointed out, that you are lucky to study in the age of net and Google. Imagine the time when we were doing our MBA. We had to rummage through piles of books, in libraries glance through umpteen pages till our eyes shed water, make copius notes. The only technological advantage we had was - ability to take photocopies of material.

MBA's achieved through short-cut means are meaningless.

Now, every employer knows this - how assignments are done and how project reports are made. This is the reason employers do not give any value to MBA through correspondence - because the rigorousness is missing. It is all copy paste MBA.

If you have any genuine problem, do seek help.

Regards.
