Dear Ash
Good PPTs !! :)
I am sure you have made them yourself.
How did you administer the test ? There is a slide of "checklist" that contains some questions. Is it the questionnaire proper ?
But it does not have a scoring key to interpret the responses. :icon5:
Nobody is asking you to share the results of your company or individuals. agreed, that they are company property.
What we are interested in knowing is the methodology adopted, after you have (assuming) made the presentation, for conducting the test (or applying the "instrument"). :?:
It is about the questionnaire, and its answers and scoring methodology.
In other words, You may have employed a Likert scale or some sort of scoring mehodology which would rate responses such as "yes", "no", "sometimes", "never", "rarely" etc.
And after you add-up the scores, there must be a Grading or Rating scale, which would tell you, say for example, scores between 200 - 250 - You have Excellent E.I.; between 170 - 200 Fairly acceptable EI, between 50 - 10 You need to take a hard look at yourself etc. etc. You know, what I mean :-D
Please enlighten the members (including me) on these aspects. That is what we are interested to know.
Regards.

The .ppt had given a new definition to Leadership which contains 90% emotions. In my views a person can be successful only when he/she can control own emotions as well as understand the emotions of other working under him/her or with him/her.

Thanxs for the effort you put forward. However, in my opinion, one should know, how this EI can be moulded towards organisational benefit.

Dear Raj & Everyone else who have asked for the test:
First - the test has nothing to do with the UNDERSTANDING of the PPT. I prepared it only for employees to understand why EI is important for their career and growth.
yes RAJ - the ppt was my creation, but with the help of existing material on net as well as citehr.
And test is not my creation. It was prepared by experts in the industry who have decades of experience in assessment.
The test - is not a likert based or closed end ansers or even open ended answers. They are situational based. The ointerpretation has scores, but the interpretation would vary irrespective of the same scores for different people.
How I administered the test - was on the training I received from the people who created it.
I agree no one is asking to share the results of the company or individuals - I urge you to read the statements made on it and the reason why it was even quoted.
There are so many tests online (like how you have shared PPT links). Please try them, even they are created by experts in the field. I have also shared one such link in my previous posts. This will help you understand on how the grading is done by different experts.
I request you to please look into my messages and even the response to people's opinion on sharing the test. No one asked for a methodology except you, and I don't mind sharing 'the methodology" (which I have done above).
Thanks.
