Hi,
As process of six sigma, we have taken past 6 months offers but not joined data and called them, we got around 100 reasons, prioritising them as high medium and low we got to some conclusions. We also started looking at the way the candidate is treated at the time of interview and also how to take HR round, instead of looking at number we started looking at spending time with the candidates etc.
end of the day ur hiring quality is improved in a cost effective manner.
