As already said earlier, it depends from organization to organization.
Why just "Deputy Manager" ?
There can be "Astt. General Manager" between Sr. manager and Dy.G.M; also, "Additional General Manager" just before G.M.
Hope you'll have an open mind when thinking about these "terms".
