Good luck in your new assignment. Do you first of all know what is the meaning of HR Startegy? Strategy is nothing but the methods to allign your HR Policies with that of your Organisational objectives, so as to achieve organisational objectives thro proper implementation of your HRM activites.
So initially you have to identify yur organisational strategies and see how would you be able to achieve the goals and objectives through yur HR practices. Then you will understand how could you draw the HR modus operandi. Analyse its pros and cons in consultation with senior officials ( Top Management) and then finalise the strategies which will have direct impact on your organisation.
There are no standardised strategies in HR. It varies from organisation to organisation.
