Hi Sapnna,

PLZ...be very careful b4 u pay ny institute or leave ur current job.

Ny institute which is not SAP certified cannot be authentic.

There are a lot of institutes which will ask u fr 20/30 thousand or more fr dis course...bt theze insitutes will teach you nd ask you to support yourself with a faque resume nd experience. For which they will support you with complete paperwork.....

One such institute is Webcomm in south extension....from where i did SAP...they have their own company called maxvistas...they support people with faque industry experience...n thus hav placed some pple....bt somehw i ws nt comfortable showing their faque exp...

This can also lead an individual to be blacklised frm the industry itslf...

Also max companies hire sap consultants who hav exp of atleast one project...thus sm pple show faque exp n mite jst gt thru....

I think if you really want to do SAP...plz think of nthng othr dan SEMIENS....
It will cost u around 3 lacs...

bt dnt trust ny othr institutes...cz its da same story evrywere...its like sheer waste on money, time n energy in da end....

do lemme kno wat u decide...hope this helps

I really appreciate help/suggestion from all of you. You all are right I think I should just wait for a good opporitunity from a good reputed company who might train themselves me for SAP/ERP...
I have had a word with Siemens..Thats so expensive...You know it really becomes difficult...First invested money in MBA and then If I take it up..I mean one really needs to plan the finances well. I am being very frank on this.
I am looking for a job change too. Can anyone of you be any help in this regard too? I am open to relocate too.
Best regards,

Sapna,
I will also suggest you to gain on the job SAP-HR knowledge.Doing course from a reputed institute is really very costly. As and when required IBM hires a batch of HR professionals provides them with SAP-HR training(free of cost) and deploys them in projects.
