Employees in our company are sent to client Location, and they work for more than 24 hours, please help me to calculate the Comp off, for eg. Employee working from Monday @ 10.00 am till next day 12.00 pm i.e till tuesday afternoon, so how do we calculate their Comp off. Our Company working hours are 9 hours a day.
should we consider the 1.5 rate for per hour or any other method ?
