I kno its the recession time, but that does not mean you should come half derssed.Give some sensible input instead of Shorts and Barbuda etc we are all professionals, let’s dress up and work accordingly ya.

COST CUTTING MEASURES
1. Employees should be offered ONLY cutting tea to reduce office budget.
2. Withdraw Company Transportation and reimbursed public transport tickets.
3. No more Leaves encashment or accumulations for next 12 months.
4. Withdraw subsidize and free lunch/meal.
5. Employee to be asked to bring overnight stale food stuff to served as breakfast in office.
6. Restrict intercom and communicate with gesture to reduce physical exertions.
7. Ask employee to keeping fast three days in week.
8. Employees go to bed early to save electricity.
9. No use of Air-condition/fan in the office, use hand driven fans instead
10. Office should be shifted to open space for free natural light and fresh air its good for health.
11. No telephone communication, only use chatting option for outdoor communication.
12. No peons, every employee shall manage his files and movement of files her/himself.
13. No formal attire to executives, promote raincoats as uniform.
14. Staff Employee should wear half uniform- Shorts and Barbuda etc.
15. Employee basic salary to be reduced by 25% as discounted salary for recession sacrifice.
