I am new to this forum. Was going through the posts and came across your post on talent management. Very nice one, liked the way you explained the whole thing in a structured way. You seem to have a good insight about it. I guess I can ask for some guidance.
I am with the ITES/ BPO industry for almost 8 yrs now. Currently working as a manager ops with one fo the MNCs. I have always been very interested in the HR function, eapecially talent acquisition and management. Have assisted the HR often to understand and learn the function in details, however being a hardcore operations person, it is very difficult to move to HR. I dont think a part time or distance MBA helps. Can you pls suggest what can I do to make this career shift? I am kind of desperate to shift career and get into what I really like doing.
