"Bruncha" has a very valid point. We as enforcers of "the Code of conduct and business ethics" in our organizations should refrain form induldging in these acts ourselves :!:
Secondly, Researchers and pros who invest time and efforts in formulating these tests do deserve due respect. One cannot just pick formats up and interpret it as desired. These are time tested scietific tests with proven applicability if used in the prescribed manner only.
A plea to the moderator for this section, please remove those tests from the site.
And then again, half information (no keys to these test) is as good as no information.

i do totally agree with Bruncha, as only a certified psychometric assessors should be allowed to administer assessments and give feedback on reports, as with regards to the questionnaires, even if you have them and see them, but without the Algorithm or the keys they will not be of benefit to anyone, most of these tools can only be scored online, so good luick, but i do not believe that we should support copyright infringement.

Hi!
beside copyright and legal issues, there is another important issue that is external validity of the test. all the above mentioned tests are western psychometric tests, we can not blindly follow them in India, we have to ensure that they are equally useful and valid for our population. otherwise pssychometric tests will lose its importance. it would be better if devise our own tools depending on our needs.

Hi all,
Good morning to everybody!
To overcome all these issues, can we organize a seminar/contact class like for the benefit of citehr members (may be a day long) in a common platform on paid basis incorporating the tailor-made (which suits to our population) inputs and mechanism?
Pl. throw some more lights on this seminar and I request the citehr coordinators to take some initiative so as to display the date, time and venue & charges in website as well as they can send to respective e-mail ids of every member who shows interest.
Definitely I am willing to attend and gain something.
Thanks & regards,

Hi Pallavi,
Allthe tests you have asked for are not meant for selection.
Most of them IPR protected and hence leggaly you cannot use it unless you procure them from an authorised distributor after getting certified to use them.
I fully endorse Bruncha's view as I too am BPS level A&B qualified.
Now to help you achieve your task ethically, pls attend a certification program organized by Welcome to HRAnexi.com in Mumbai 12-14 June and use 15FQ+, OIP, OPP etc
Best regards,

Dear fellow Citehr Members
I am a psychologist and have worked in the field of developing, interpreting and administering psychometric tests for a belgium based company. It is not a joke to do this job, one can do real harm to the individual or organization if you are not trained to interpret and write reports, it must be taken seriously.
These tests can be used for educational and research purpose with prior permission of the test developer. but for commercial use one have to get trained and pay the concern person.
