No women at her workplace is required to tolerate any kind of sexual harassment even in the name of fun. She should not be made felt uncomfortable during her working hours. Women who under go through any kind of sexual harassment should start speaking aloud or should make the person noticeable infront of the eyes of the Management or her other colleagues. This could not only help her but also will allow and give strength to the other women who are experiencing the same. Something that we women need to understand is its not our false as they portray, its them and sexual harassment of any type shouldn't be tolerated.

Really its serious as well as important topic .
No one gives right to any one to even think for sexual harassment , doing it is too far.
what is exactly is required here to make such policies and implement in our culture from day one in the company .
This policy should be similar for all, as for co workers as well as for bosses too, infact it starts by old staff to the newer one in any company i guess, so the seniors basically the women authorities must take care for such incident and must aware new joiners from day one, if here are some specific employees /staff known for such bad remarks then they must intimate and aware .
such small action and precautions slowly make the atmosphere free for every one .
