Thanks Mr Madhu.
It's a trend in new generation, that they compare a lot after accepting the offer. I always guide people, leave the place if are not suiting or live in a calm mind till you get an better opportunity. Further, hate those gives top-botttom Or No-1. During shut down (1919) due to pandemic issue to provide ration for workmen stock up at cost. The UPSC cleared top official informed that "labour" is one who digs, carry on head,........... But not of other works. The person threatened me to arrest, from the place, I called the Chief Secretary of that state, he exclaimed

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I am working at a construction company ( J Kumar Infraprojects Limited ) as Sr. Assistant - HR department at Dwarka Expressway Project Delhi . They were hired by a company with a salary of Rs-28000. Kindly note the previous company is Afcons Infrastructure Limited & his total work experience is construction field more than 10 years . After joining the company, there's no one for training, in fact, I am the only HR over there. I have to handle all the HR-related work over the company from the beginning till the end .My work pressure is very high here and I'm not getting paid according to it .

The problem is I am not at all getting paid according to my work, and they are asking me a lot to do at the same time and handle almost everything which is getting very difficult for me. I am going to complete two month in this company on 31th of March-2023 . What should I do now? I am really getting exhausted and disappointed here, how should I ask them to pay me more? Please somebody guide me through this . More than 10 years experience so I have not found a hike in salary in the construction field in Delhi areas .

Looking forward to your prompt response .

Hi,

You can discuss with your Management about your concern. Present to them that your current remuneration is not matching your past experience and current roles and responsibilities that even handling independently. If your Management is willing to consider and give some assurance you may wait and see but in case of no proper response better look for a other offer matching your expectation and move ahead.

But keep one thing in mind.. your new employer might also consider some hike based on your current salary only and probability of matching salary based on your overall experience at a stretch will be remote.

Hi Ayushi,

25 K is a good number to start with, the market is overflowing with talents and easily available in much less packages than you are getting. Explore your domain as much as you can, not every fresher gets this opportunity to explore their ideas. Please spend at least a year here, you will see your progress which will be worthy of a hike. Be positive, you should not be judgemental in your first job. Try to incorporate your creativity and the knowledge you've gained so far. This will be definitely going to benefit you in long run.

All the best!!!

Dear Ayushi,
Firstly I congratulate that you have earned good package of Rs. 25K pm, being a fresher.
It so happens since this is your first job, you need to get exposed to various aspects of the job.
The organization being a start up dosen't have enough finances to increase the verticals and most of the time it will be multitasking jobs.
Do not get disheartened because this is a platform to learn job and once you are through yourself will be guiding others.

All the best,

With Regards
