hi Jeevan
Turnover has always been a major problem in Textile industry. and the only way to make workers stay is the Human Relation approach.
believ me i have seen wonders in this regard. only beacuse of the fact that we had real good personal relations with all workers, and such loving and caring behaviour that even if they got good hikes, they would never go, or go and come back.
you need to identofy thier needs (personal as well) and ensure tht every query is solved. Peronnel Executives play a big role in it. right from time keeper to Personnel head, everyone has to be affectionate towards them.
pls be detailed about the prevailing atmosphere in ur compnay, and i will be able to guide you further

Hi Nidhi, I fully agree with you. The Human Relationship can stop the turnover of the employees. Can you give some incidents wherein this has happened in your organisation. -Srinaren

Dear NIdhi,
I have personally known from my previous organisations that you can only work successfuly with good relations... The problem we are facing here is that porduction people are so much worried about the targets that they dont care for humane values and they end up treating the shop floor employees with disprespect..
I wil et back to you soon with more details.. thanks for replying
