Also, I am currently looking to outsource some module content development for one of my training programs. The person should be experienced in developing ILT content using a plethora of methodologies and tools for measurement.The training program is directed towards Direct Sales.

My name is John Mitchell a freelance consultant.
I have to conduct a one day Workshops on Communication Skills. I am not aware of the procedures and steps along with the sequence of events involved.
Basically to create awareness and to educate the importance on the various factors involved in effective Communication and proper use of Soft Skill. I hope I will be able to get valuable tips and info from the training and development fraternity of our community. Please do help me in this regard urgent.
