Thanks Mr. Sriram . very useful. but someone overhere can give account of daily activities of an HR person. I was asked this killing question in a recent interview and I went blank for few seconds. I came back & thought most of the activities are periodical and rest are quo warranto basis. So how an HR person answer the question " What is your daily routine?
