Hi, Is it necessary to have agreements such as "Non-disclosre agreements" between two companies to be on stamp paper? What will happen if the agreement was on a plan paper? Thanks in advance. Prasad

Hi Prasad,
Mr. Yedulprakash has rightly suggested that the NDA can be printed on plain papers.
Only criteria to make it binding and effective is that the Agreement has to be signed by both the parties.
If it is between company at one hand and individual at other, you may get it printed on letter head of the comapny.
Its has legal validity and enforciblity.
