Hi Aneesh,
It would be great help if you could provide info on the below said issue.
Is there a provision of coming out of PF cotribution if an employees basic salary is above Rs 65000/- pm.
In such a case whthere \both the employers and employees contribution can be paid to teh employee.
Is there any form which we need to submitt for the same.
Regards
Nidhin

Dear Nidhin....
First of all let us see like this....
If your basic is more than 6500/-
Than Your EPS will be 541/- or 8.33% of basic which ever is less.
and your PF conribution will be12% of your contribution and 3.67% of basic by Employers contribution.
Yes i know cases when an employee has left the company just after 6 months and when he wished to withdraw his PF money; he got full payment; both from employee and employer.(Keeping in mind your last subscription towards the company). You have to fill PF withdrawal form i.e: Form 19 to withdraw your money. It can be done through submiting the form and getting the payment through your employer or you can directly contact and submit the form to the concern EPF office (If you know your PF A/C number of yours).
If you wish then i can also forward you the format of PF calculation in case of withdrawal...
Hope my this suggestion clarify your doubts...
Thanks,
