If 2nd March is Sunday, whether 2nd March will be considered as Holiday or will be calculated as a leave? I believe that the situation that you talk about is referred to as "sandwich" leave in HR Parlance.
What you would have to do is go through the Haryana shops and establishments Act.
Sandwich leave would be an acceptable practice, but should your company provide for greater benefits, the same would be applicable.
