The HR in my company had a initial dicussion with a client and the client wishes to avail our services But The client refuses to sign any agreement. We have send the PFA(Proposal For Agreement) to the client. The client want us to serve him manpower without signing PFA.
The agreeemnt should be signed as it it will the proof of contract between the client and vendor.
Can you pls give me sugesstion , how to deal in such situation??? i.e. whether to deal up or not?

Dear Shivani,
You can show it as a proof, if you have a mail confirmation for the terms agreed by the client.
Still they doesn't wanna sign an agreement, its fair to stop your services.

Deva
