HI, This is Basel working with one of the upcoming industries. My problem is, we do call candidates, but our candidates do not join us the said date. Reason we have an agreement system(bond for 5 years) which is ugly and makes a person think twice. How should I convince my management to discontinue this practice.Help

Hi there!
We are currently working on redesigning our staffing process. Focus is to:
- make it lean
- efficient in time and costs
- reduce time to hire
- reduce agency costs
The plan is to outsource as much of the sourcing procedure as possible to a outsourcing partner. The question however is, which part to outsource and which partner to choose.
We want to go further than just outsourcing the CV screening process!
Anyone got some ideas or even a working model in place and is willing to share?
This would be appreciated very much and be very helpful.
Thanks in advance!
Chris.
