I am realy sorry that most of you could not open the file. I am also so sorry for replying to you so late. In fact I was away to attend the Two day 15th National Convention organised by IMCI on Value Creation Through Innovation And Knowledge Management held at Delhi on 14th and 15th of March 2008.
I just can't explain my restlessness for the two days Parwez HR Rajdhani
was off route from CiteHRNetwork and diverted for a routine maintenance to the IMCI sheds (convention). Indeed the service received there was a splendid one and I shall be soon giving you all a fresh ride in the refurbished Coaches of Parwez HR Rajdhani with an additional MPFI (management professional for innovation) unit in the Brain.
Taking the ride back to the last station where most of you could not board the Statutory Compliance Coach, I am re attaching group e-ticket to the train.
In case still some of you are unable to collect the tickets to board on this train, do mail for assistance at

I just wanted to make one addition in that is you have not taken the "Labour Welfare Fund".
Labour welfare Fund - is the amt. which is to be deducted in the month of June & December ( HAlf Yearly return is to be filled).this fund is utilised for social welfare by the govt.
Followings are some pts. chich requred for calculating LWF
1. Manager & above garde - Nil ( as there Income Tax is Deducted)
2. Employees drawing wages exceeding Rs. 3000/-per month
Employee contribution @ Rs.12/-per employee & emplyer cont. Rs.36/-per employee
3.Employee drawing wages upto & inclusive of Rs.3000/pm
Employee Cont @ Rs.6Per Employee, Employer Cont. @ Rs.18Per Employee
The cheque is to be drawn in the name of "Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund". The dates on or before the cheque+covering letter+form A1 has to be send- 15th Jan & 15th July
