Hi, We have recently completed our first yearly appraisals and one of our Key Employee is unhappy with the hugh increment we have given. He is expecting a hike of 40% over and above his appraisal. What are the other ways to keep him engaged and performing. We can loose this guy!

Please make sure that there should be no other employee working with your organization is less educated/less experienced and on higher post then your Key Employee.Also,there should not be any kind of partiality in hike and appraisal.
