Hi i am srinivas and i am the member of the cite hr and i am working in citi financial and i need a sample salary slip format in excel for the salary of 9500 so pls help me out in this asap,pls pls

Dear Srinivas,
Would like to suggest you to keep your database in Excel and the format in Word and then through mail merger you can generate the salary slips of 900 employees without any hassel.
After completing the compilation work you can also merge the word file with printer and your slips will be generated without much trouble.

There is no any particular format of the salary sleep. Only improtant things is first decide the nature of the organisation, decaide the legal deductions, or any authrosied deductions, and what payment you decided with your employee, also if possible to take care that he will suppose to pay minimum taxes on his salary.
