As far as I am concerned, the best ones are:
1. Orkut - Brings missed ones closer.
2. Google - Shows you the world in a click away.
3. Gmail - Fastest innovation(Actually gmail was introduced by Google for internal purpose....as it is a big success ...it was made commercial).
4. Citehr - Loads of information on HR.
These are the websites which I use very very frequently.
