Hi everyone, I'm Zach. Happy Monday! I just joined this forum to ask this question of anyone who works as a recruiter or in HR, or has had the same experience I believe is happening to me now.
Here is my question:
Do employers place fake jobs with recruiters in their industry to find out if their employees are actively looking for a new job?
I work in a relatively small work pool, and am also looking for a new job for a myriad of reasons, and I just wanted to ask about anyone elses experience with this.

Hi this is an important issue as everyone must know about it . I just want to state u an information abt how few candidates got job in Relq software testing company, Bangalore.I have got all important details abt that candidate and i am very much sure you can find them.

The person who got job through 1 year fake experience is her name is Deepthi who had joined Relq as Software test engg recently in month of june or july 2007 by showing 1 year fake exp & now getting 20k per months. One of her who was working in game testing company refered her profile.

She took fake exp from an employee who is working in Remoba Technologies,bangalore. As even the company people doesnt know abt wat 1 of there employee has done by giving company secure documents to an third person just for money. She got all document related to fake exp of an existing company.THE big mistake that was done by RELQ Hr Is They didnt verified the company details as they didnt made an call to company hr of remoba Technologies,They made call to Francis who is the person who gave fake documents from his company as deepthi had specified the contact person name as Francis,

if they would have made an call to company and if they had spoken with company HR,then they were able to know easily that a girl by name deepthi has cheated them. The person who helped to give fake experience is Mr Francis Robert who is working as test team lead in Remoba Technologies. Deepthi joined the company in month of june or july 2007.. Now funny thing is that she is working on automation tools. Even if they just enquire the details abt existing company then they can easily find the truth..

This is deepthi mail id who had cheated Relq company, so i think they can trace out deepthi in Relq company(EDS) who has done this wrong things,her mail id is , . Education Details about Deepthi is she is basically from Davangere(Karnataka), did engineering in Electronics & communication(2005 passout) later she didnt worked in any IT companies just cheated by showing fake exp to Relq.Due to them few innocent wil loose job opportunity really i am feeling bad, so concern HR In RELQ Testing Company(EDS) has to take action on them.

This is the company details where candidate took fake exp, u can make call and speak with company HR abt whether this candidate by name Deepthi is working in there company or not.Only 1 person helped her in getting company documents as his name is francis who is working in that company, u dont need to communicate with him, just u can have direct talk with an HR..

I just checked the company profile it is one of the leading Mobile Application Provider in US, UK and also INDIA i think you have misunderstood with the information regarding remoba.
I think it is better to consult HR of the company and find the truth whether one of their employee is defaulter or He has created a fake copy by stealing Letter head of the company and creating the fake documents.
And between i am the HR of TOP MNC recently recruited a candidate from Remoba Inc and i did not find any such things as you mentioned.
