Thanks for sharing such a nice story with a very strong lesson. I agree that it's people's tendency to ecpect more, no matter how much good the opposite person performs. HR professionals must keep this point in mind, and should support those underpriviled and deserving people who perform well, regardless of their minor errors. Because no one is PERFECT in this world.
