Attached is the attendance sheet in excel. This is not my own work. I have just done some essential changes in this sheet which was posted earlier in Cite HR. I hope this attendance sheet will fulfil your requirement. Not only you can calculate the attendance for each month but also track leave record for each employee. You can modify it according to your organisation policy.

Hi Thanks for the attendance sheet. There are four entries under CTC - Basic, HRA, Con. and Total. Could you please let me know what does Co. stand for? Regards Pooja

Dear Rajesh, this is an excellent format and very useful. Thanks for providing this format. In the current organization where I am working, the leave balance record were not properly maintained by the previous HRs. The attendance entries are made in Tally but there is no proper system for attendance. This will help me streamline things.

That is a wonderful effort to capture leaves. However, I think manual updating of sheets while the company grows will be a challenge. You can try 'Clockit' - ClockIt - ClockIt
This is a platform which will end all your woes and will save you the trouble to compute attendance data across multiple office locations. Sharing this info cause I was benefitted from the platform. I now can concentrate on improving the happiness quotient of my employees.
Hope it helps you too.. the best part of this software is that it integrates with your current time monitoring hardware and has a trial period of 30 days! I found it useful in the first week itself!

Using these type of approaches are back in the days of past. Things have moved a very far and people are loving the flavors of automation. An HR is a very key person who brings diamonds like employees to an organization which ultimately results in increased productivity, so don't let your HR do monotonous work. Automating the most of HR functionality which lead an HR to focus on more critical functions. Automation is the key to success in 2018. Its not an expense, its an investment.
