Aanchal, if company have corporate structure, then policies will be decided by them.... but on store level u can do some program for emp. delight...like
1. Celebration of b'day (with cake) u can do it at last day of the month. Suppose 3 emp b'days fall in particular month, then celebrate it together on month end
2. Good grievances handling
3. Proper interest in emp. problem
4. Politeness
5. To aware them about their duties as well as their rights ..(leaves etc.)
