Dear Arabindo,
Definitely this wont be the answer for your query related to printing payslips in excel or in access...!
Wanted to share my personal recommendation to you to consider any entry level payroll software to reduce your burden of preparing, printing, verifying and distributing payslips through office tools.
Also for your kind of 300+ employees (which is a decent size), please consider a self service module as well to induce your staff to generate leave requests, salary clarifications, stationary request...this will really boost your employees morale! (out of 300 if you have more labours, atleast your office & admin staff would appreciate!)
Pls contact me for any further assistance in this regard
Best regards

Dear Arabindo,
The best way is software as suggested by few friends.
But If you know the MailMerge in Ms-Word, than you can make the format of Salary Slip in Ms-Word and attach the Salary Sheet of Excel to this word file. This way all the slips can be printed or mailed in one go.
In case any details are required you can contact on below linked mail or mobile.

I can forward the format also, if required.
