Hi,
Some employees had submitted cash vouchers presigned by them to the Cashier and never received the Cash. The Cashier resigned and the said amount was deducted from his Full and Final Settlement based on the complaints from the employees. Now the Cashier is demanding the amount deducted from his F & F and approaching peoples from the organistaion.
Also note that the performance of the Cashier was also not satisfactory .
Seek an advise on the further course of action to be taken in this matter.
Should we issue a legal notice to the Cashier and if yes what grounds to be resorted to ?
