Amongst many things that bother us, the HR fraternity, is an assessment sheet when we interview a candidate. Then there is another thing called penning it down in the form of allotting numbers/Weightage/grading. I have devised a SIMPLE albeit SELF-EXPLANATORY ASSESSMENT SHEET which I have attached here for you all to please take a look and forward me your valuable suggestions ( I have put down sample scores just to help you see my point).
