I am professor in Govt. aided college in Mumbai. I have put in 27 years of service without break. I would like to take VRS. Can any body advise me the procedure and rules applicable to VRS of Govt. aided college affiliated to Mumbai University. My querries are as under :
a. Whether any leave can be availed during the notice period of 3 months
b. The service is pensionable - How the pension will be fixed.
c. If I give notice on 01/03/10 for 3 months ending 31/05/10 - will it be valid - and will I be paid salary for the
month of May which is supposed to be vacation period.
d. Can I get a copy of scheme applicable to Mumbai University employees/staff

Dear sir,
My wife is working in Jesus calls organization, They are announced VRS and started collecting application on April 1st of 2012 and ended 30th April 2012 . Now almost 4 month completed and till now they are not taken any action on it. We are interested to come out, pl tell us how long they can take for conclusion and they are slowly terminating person who and all applied. Pl tell me what to do.-Goldson
