Dear Cite HR Moderator & HR Professionals...i am very disheart today when i did not see my email of "Definitely u will say...WOW in the top ten list today it should be there atleast for a week but it is not....my previous mail was also included in top ten for only 2 days ...i am very demotivated please help me.

You should feel happy that your message was been viewed by most of the forum members and was listed on TOP TEN atleast for 2days. There are many messages which receives poor response rather No response at all....But you should not be demotivated for this. You continue your postings and you will surely appreciated for your good work.

Ravi thank you. Actually this is what i m confused that I see mails for at least a week and previously when same happened with my previous mail i remained silent but when now it happened again I am trying to clear it.
