Hi,

I have seen few discussion happening on Handwriting Analysis in HR industry, I have been in this Line since 6 years and I do find that yes it can definitely add value to what contributions we make for the company as recruiter or as HR allocating roles to them, in conflict Management too

HA can be of use.

I provide my services to HR consultancies as well as to Corporates.

As on area where it can contribute the best are:

1. Human Recourse:

· Employment profiling or Recruitment Writing analysis is an increasingly popular way to screen job applicants. A company takes a writing sample provided by an applicant, and proceeds to do a personality profile, matching the congruency of the applicant with the ideal psychological profile of employees in the position. Graphology supporters state that it can complement but not replace traditional hiring tools.

· Internal Career Movements - “ May the best Man Win! “Many a times there are more than a single contender in a company legible for a designation ideally meant for single person, Handwriting Analysis in this case helps HR to find the best fit for the given role.

· Value addition services for employees - A Handwriting Analyst can be part of their counselling team and hence work as counselor for employees in distress or problem.

· Job Allocation - In a time when Mass hiring of fresher is done extensively a 16-point analysis can be taken from HA to have basic understanding of the employee and hence allocate work accordingly.

· Conflict Resolution – with an understanding on personality of each team member it will be very easy to find the problem makers in the team and hence fight conflicts within in an efficient way. Case 2: many a times Ego clashes happen at Organizational level and it becomes extremely sensitive to handle such situation .HA can help if such problem is there by identifying who is the problem and what is the cause of the problem.
