Hi,
Thanks for such useful links. I am interested in reading articles which can develop more insight into the behavioural aspect of an organisation.
I hope will get some valuable stuff on this too. :)

Hi!
If you want very good readings on Organizational Behavior, try getting the following books:
1. Organizational Behavior and Performance by Andrew D. Szilagyi, Jr. and Marc J. Wallace, Jr.
2.Organizational Behavior by Stephen P. Robbins
I have read and re-read both of them. They have tremendous information and insights. Its just like going to a graduate course again.
Best wishes.

Hi Ed Llarena,
Thanks for the help extended by you.
'Organisational Behaviour' by Stephen Robbins is one of my assets and is almost an epic in itself.
But i would like to explore some more new evolving concepts in the said field, if any online link can be provided for the same.
Thanks Again!
