you must include the following in your induction ppt:-
1 companys brief introduction
2 its documents like annual reports, plan documents, literature on products and services
3 most importantly the personnel policies manual, write ups on the orgn in business magzines
4information interactions, other HR policeis, thier career graphs
5 donot forget to keep the slide of queries and questions
above points are subject to vary with the nature of post eg if you are inducting people at jr level then the induciton would be differenct as compared to the sr excutives.
