Is there any body who can clear me about following two issues ??
1>Whether restricted holidays rules are applicable only for plant ??
2>Whether any Zonal office can implemented this procedure for smooth day to day operation ??

I would also like to add on one question to what Somnath has already mentioned?
What about people on Contractual Employement-say an yearly Contract -Are they entitled for the same just as an employee on th eregular pay roles of the company.
