Dear All Seniors,
My candidate signed offer letter, after acceptance offer letter now he said, " I am not willing to join your company ". At this situation, what HR will do...?
Vise versa, if after acceptance of offer. Company withdraw his offer & inform to candidate in writing then what candidate can do...?
Is there law exist regarding the matter or that matter settle by mutual consent...?

Their is no law for the same as offer letter is only a letter of offer and by virtue of its exixtance it provides an oppurtunity of accepatance and refusal, legally no sollution, however morally things could be handled with mutual consent.
