Dear All, Need clarity over EL balance calculation. Whether El balance is calculated over only physical presence or in addition to Leave availed, it is calculated.
In my company, they are giving 1EL for 12.5 physical working days. They are not counting any leave taken in 12.5 days.
I hope everyone understands my query. Please suggest for a solution to the rule.
