I joined a organisation and was unexpectedly terminated just 15 days after my joining, without any proper evaluation, feedback, or warning. The company provided no valid explanation for this abrupt decision. Instead, I was pressured to resign voluntarily rather than being issued an official termination letter.

After my termination, I wrote multiple emails seeking clarification on:

Lack of Adequate Feedback & Transparency: No clear expectations or performance criteria were ever communicated. How was my performance assessed within such a short time?
Unrealistic Evaluation Period: A 15-day period is insufficient to assess an employee’s potential. Was I given any fair opportunity to adapt?
False Accusations of Absconding: Despite being informed verbally that my last working day was January 15, 2025, the HR department later falsely claimed that I absconded.
Financial Loss Due to Relocation: I relocated based on the company’s offer, incurring ₹29,000 in expenses (advance rent + security deposit), yet they terminated me without compensation.
Pending Full & Final Settlement & Laptop Handover: I still have the company laptop because my FNF settlement has not been processed even after a month. I requested a formal resolution, but I have received no response.
This situation raises serious concerns about unfair employment practices, ethical hiring, and termination policies. I seek advice from HR professionals and employees on how to escalate this matter effectively.
