Still its rejecting in the comments they are writing requesting to upload same documents. Kindly suggest how to process for further.

Please download a copy of the Form 5A after updating and get it printed and manually signed. Along with the request for updating DSC (to be printed company letterhead and signed), upload a copy of the Aadhar card of the registered signatory and the form 5A signed. Ensure that the name of the signatory is matched with Aaadhar and PAN. This will help you to solve your querry.
