Details:
For example if the gross Salary of an employee is 21,500 Rs
Can you give me the salary structure for this amount ( like how to take Basic, HRA,PF,PT, allowances which are necessary ) and also could please brief me about Payroll

Hi Vinay,
The review sheet looks quite professional. I am not sure on the allocation of points. i have a couple of queries to be shared. When ever a trait has to be rated it has to be defined. if you have to rate Problem solving ability on a socle of 1-10, you will have to explain to the rater which response entails which rating. Secondly it becomes tough to decide on the ratijg as the scale increases. i would say use 2 dimensions demonstrated or not demonstrated in the place of 10 point scale.
Again these are my thoughts...
