My Wife has been working for a company for nearly 6 & half months. She had undergone an accident, wherein she slipped on the stair case of our building, while going to work, and her wrist got cut, resulting in loss of her artery and hospitalization for three days after two major surgerys. She started work after 1 month, but now after 4 &1/2 months, she was told that her services will be terminated today, [citing reasons that she was not proactive], but her last working day, will be the 14th of December.
