Hi All, 3 years back I have worked in manufacturing company (non IT experience) for 2 months at that time i got covid and didn't go to office for one month and they terminated me from the job (having pf record, offer letter 2 months pay slip, termination email, my response email but not that much good English, covid positive certificate) and from that after 2 months joined as fresher in a IT company now working in that company. If I try to switch the job, will my BGV fail in MNCs like TCS, CTS and Accenture? I'm so depressed because I feels like don't have opportunity to switch my job
